Join local bake/teacher/entrepreneur Maureen Shea from Blossing Acres in Southwick in the kitchen at ECOTA as she leads a hands-on, step-by-step break baking class for beginners. Moe will also demonstrate how to make chicken stock and chicken noodle soup. All supplies are provided and participants will go home with a loaf of bread and a container of soup.
